Superhands Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the Superhands ecosystem of apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Superhands provides a platform to connect users with salons and stylists.

• Users may cancel an appointment without penalty up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Salons and stylists reserve the right to report "No Shows," which will negatively impact the user's platform score.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) - ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Superhands features a social feed for sharing salon transformations. To keep our community safe, we have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users.

• You may not upload content that is nude, pornographic, violent, harassing, hateful, or illegal.
• Reporting & Blocking: Users can flag inappropriate posts or block abusive users directly within the app by tapping the "Options" (ellipsis) icon on any post.
• Enforcement: We reserve the right to remove any content and instantly terminate the accounts of users who violate these rules, without prior notice.

4. Salon & Stylist Responsibilities

Professionals using the Superhands Salon and Stylist apps agree to provide accurate operating hours, service prices, and address locations. Superhands is not liable for disputes regarding service quality or payment between the user and the salon.

5. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app settings. Superhands reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, specifically regarding abusive behavior or fraudulent bookings.
